Description
The Quantum ES4 is a compact four-in/four-out USB-C interface that’s an ideal front end for multi-microphone measurement work in AudioTools. With four independent mic inputs, it’s purpose-built for four-mic spatial averaging — connect all four calibrated measurement mics at once and let AudioTools’ Mux function combine them into a single live reading while you tune.
Each of the four channels runs through a high-definition MAX-HD preamp with up to +75 dB of gain, delivering clean, low-noise signal across the full range — important for pulling accurate readings from quiet rooms as well as loud systems. Phantom power can be switched on per channel, so you can mix powered measurement mics freely. Because the preamps are digitally controlled, your gain and calibration settings are recallable rather than set by hand each session. zZoundsLong & McQuade
The ES4 captures at up to 24-bit/192 kHz with extended dynamic range, and connects over a single USB-C cable. It works directly with iOS and iPadOS (as well as Mac, Windows, and Android), so it drops straight into an iPad-based AudioTools rig. SweetwaterSweetwater
In our HAA Calibration Kit, the ES4 comes pre-configured with four measurement mics, cables, and calibrator, wired so it charges your iPad while you work over a single 10′ cable.
