iTestMic2 USBC/Lightning

Description

iTestMic2 is the only direct-connect USB-C calibrated test & measurement microphone that includes a 3.5mm analog audio output. Plug it into your iOS device for instant, accurate SPL readings, plug in a 3.5mm (1/8″) audio cable to get audio output signals. Compatible with all USBC iPads and iPhones, as well as other USB-C equipped Android devices, and Windows and Mac computers.

iTestMic2 now ships with an adapter to use the microphone with Apple Lightning iOS devices, such as iPhones and older iPads. When used with the adapter, all accessory functions work properly, including

• Automatic Calibration – Factory calibration is transmitted to AudioTools, no calibration or setup required
• Frequency Compensation File – This file is automatically download and applied
• Multiple Gain Ranges – Select the best gain range for your application, lowest noise level or highest sound pressure level

Each iTestMic2 includes individual custom-made frequency calibration files that improve the frequency resolution of the microphone and cancel out any minor capsule deviations.
