If you are running AudioTools, and your iOS device is setup to send email, please open the AudioTools app, and navigate to the
Support & Upgrades->Get Support page, and send your request from that page. The Email Support page sends us vital information about your app, iOS version, and device type, and other system details that will help us give you the best support possible.
If you do email us directly, please give us as much information as possible to help you, including the iOS device type and model, iOS version number, app name and version number, and the steps needed to reproduce your problem. If you wish, you can copy all of this information from the app, from the same Support & Upgrades->Get Support page.
