Q: I need to download the app again from Apple. Will I get charged again?


A: No! Apple keeps track of every app that you purchase, and will never charge you for downloading it again. Likewise, upgrades are always free.


Q: What microphone can I use with my original Touch?


A: If you have a first generation Touch (no volume controls on the side) then your only option is a dock mic. See our hardware page for more info, but really there are no great choices. If you have a 2nd generation Touch, the Apple headset mic works great, and some people modify it to create an output, or use it with a splitter. If you need a mic only, check out the ThumbTack mic. When we release our iAudioInterface, it will work well with both Touches as well as iPhone.


Q: Is there a way for me to transfer stored data from the phone to my computer?


A: In AudioTools, yes. This app has an extensive Save / Recall system, and allows transfer of data via WiFi.


Q: The app just does not work. I've tried everything. Now what?


A: This may be an install issue. Try this: Delete the app from the iPhone or Touch, and from iTunes. Now download it again using iTunes, power the iPhone/Touch off and back on, and sync.
